  1. 1How can I order from your site?

    You can order from TerraBattery.com, 24/7 via secure connection. Just locate products you want, add them to the cart and proceed to checkout.

    There are a few checkout steps. First of all, if you have bought from us before, simply enter your email as login name and provide password.
    If you haven't yet, register on the site with your email.

    During the next checkout steps you will be asked to fill in your shipping and billing addresses and delivery method.
    The last step is payment.

    We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover).

    Once you have placed your order and finished the payment, you will be given the order number for references.

    Finally a confirmation email is sent to your email.

  2. 2What are your shipping costs and where do you ship?

    We have 4 shipping methods for orders which need to be shipped within the Continental US:

    • Standard Ground Shipping - $9 + $5 for each additional item (2 to 6 business days)
    • 2 Day Air Shipping - $25 + $5 for each additional item (2 business days)
    • Next Day Air Shipping - $35 + $5 for each additional item (next business day)
    • Saturday Delivery Shipping - $45 + $10 for each additional item

    International Shipping:

    • All destinations outside the US - $40 + $10 for each additional item (by International Mail)

    Insurance is optional at $5 per shipment.

  3. 3What's your return policy?

    Within the warranty period, items can be returned for replacement or repair or if the item is not in stock, a store credit will be issued, once a Returned Materials Authorization ("RMA") has been obtained.

    Refunds are only available within the first 30 days from the date of the invoice.

    We offer 30-day money back guarantee on all defective and incompatible products.

    Warranty for each product is specified on the front of each invoice and should product not meet any such warranty, we will issue a credit or replace the product.

    All products are warranted for 6 months unless otherwise noted.
