Purchaser agrees that all rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, including performance, enforcement and collection shall be governed in accordance with the laws and in the State of New Jersey. In the event that it becomes necessary to incur any expense for collection of sums due under this agreement, attorney's fees, court costs and any other collection expenses will be added to the balance due.

All unpaid balances shall accrue interest at the rate of one and a half (1.5) percent per month in addition to attorney's fees, court costs and other collection expenses. There will be no further notices of the above.
